Is Greg Alder an imposter?
Confession time. There are a few things you need to know about me before you decide whether to follow my advice. First, I am not Mike Dillard. I am not Randy Gage. I’m not Tom Schreiter or Marc Barrett or Todd Falcone or any of the other brilliant MLM leaders. If you Google MLM gurus, you won’t find my name.
I’m an ex psychology student. I worked as an advertising creative director on 3 continents. I coach business leaders in innovation, leadership, branding and presentation skills. My clients have included brands like McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Vodafone and Toyota. So what am I doing here?
A couple of years ago I learnt two amazing facts.
One, that network marketing is growing about 15% a year around the world. In a time of economic uncertainty, that’s impressive.
Two, that the failure rate of network marketers is over 90%. That’s shocking. In the corporate world I come from that’s a disaster.
As an adult educator, I wanted to know why so many fail. With my wife I joined a leading MLM company. We attended all the company-run training events, listened to brilliant motivational speakers, signed up for all the training DVDs, audio tutorials and webinars offered by the global MLM leaders, bought dozens of books … and?
Guess what. I realised there was something missing, something that nobody seemed able to fix.
The problem isn’t with the product training, sales training or motivation session. The problem is inside people’s heads.
People fail because they do not believe they can succeed.
And that is why I am here. And why this website exists.
I will introduce you to some new proven science-based techniques that finally cure the lack of self-confidence holding most network marketers back.
I will share with you the best of the MLM systems, tools and education from all the products I have reviewed. And I will help you turn yourself into a powerful brand, become an inspiring leader and tell your story persuasively.
What's stopping you from becoming an MLM millionaire?
Self doubt is by far the biggest killer of MLM success.
To succeed you need to believe you can succeed.
All the tools in the world won’t help if you don’t have confidence.
So how do you get unshakable belief in yourself?
You use this remarkable My Direct Success training program.
Give yourself permission to succeed.

Belief
Randy Gage says this about self-belief – “If you wait until you’re successful to believe in yourself, you might never make it! So you have to work on yourself daily”.
Tom ‘Big Al’ Schreiter calls lack of self-confidence “the biggest killer of network marketing success”.
Mike Dillard confesses that “I was on EVERY training call, went to every event, bought every book I could, and tried every lead source in the world. Doing whatever I could to avoid the real problem in the equation, which was me, myself, and I”.
To succeed we must believe we can succeed. The good news is that self-confidence can be learned. That’s right. Science has come to the rescue of all of us who are naturally shy. Want to learn how to become invincible?
Attraction
Some people spend hours and small fortunes trying to attract others to their networks. They do it by first chasing friends, family and colleagues, then strangers in the street. It works, but it is inefficient, labour-intensive and soul-destroying.
Far better to attract a dozen people who share your passion and enthusiasm than convince hundreds to join in the hope that a few will have genuine passion.
That’s not as hard as it sounds. The smartest network marketers (like the smartest multinationals) treat their own brand as Nike would treat its. They use 21st century tools like social media to build their personal brand value, establish their expertise and their willingness to help others.
So how do you go about attracting people to Brand You?
Education
Over 90% of network marketers fail.
Disastrously, many who fail do so after spending a fortune on training, lead buying and over-hyped ‘homeless to millionaire’ systems.
They dreamed of being in a better place and they end up worse off than when they started.
Appalled by the failure rate, I have spent 2 years studying products designed for the MLM community.
What you’ll find here is a personal list of must-have training, systems and tools – at all price points. The selections are evaluated from my psychology, marketing and coaching background.
I believe that these recommendations will help more network marketers avoid unnecessary expense, make extra sales, earn more commission and change their lives forever.
